Tokyu Hands / Tokyu Stay Collaboration Concept Hotel Opens in Shinjuku

April 2, 2022

Tokyu Resorts & Stays opened a new concept hotel just 5 minutes’ walk from Tokyo’s Shinjuku-Sanchome Station. Opened in collaboration with the lifestyle store Tokyu Hands, the new hotel Tokyu Stay Shinjuku Eastside is a business hotel operated with 208 guest rooms over 12 floors as well as rental conference rooms.

Generally, guest rooms in Tokyu Stay hotels have some advantages over typical business hotels as they always have their own microwave oven, washing machine and dryer, and some rooms even have their own kitchenette. This makes these hotels popular not only with business travelers, but also families, groups of friends, and couples who are traveling for weekend breaks or sightseeing. Tokyu Stay Shinjuku Eastside adds to this convenience with three different concept rooms which feature Tokyu Hands bunk beds and other carefully selected products.

The three separate themes for each of these concept rooms are “Beauty & Care”, “Stay Biz”, and “Choinomi Time”.

This room comes with glasses, tableware, canned snacks, and snacks you can heat up in a microwave, as well as playing cards and other games. Drink sets can also be ordered from reception. And if any of the products in these concept rooms take your fancy, there is also an online system where you can buy them on the spot.
