To make life easier on visitors and reduce the amount of large luggage being carried through stations and onto trains, Nippon Travel Agency will offer a service to store large luggage items or send them on to major hotels in Osaka city. People will also be able to send their luggage back to Kansai Airport from their hotel when they are due to return to their country.

The service, to be called Crosta Kanku, will open on April 10, and will have a reception desk located outside the JR West ticket gates at Kansai Airport Station.
