Located at Keikyu Ex Inn Keikyu Kawasaki-Station and Keikyu Ex Inn Yokohama-Station East, each hotel has one playroom which is called the 快特:おもちゃの車庫 or “Rapid Express: Toy Depot”.

These rooms are both decorated with pictures of Keikyu Railway trains and station signage and they are stocked with train-themed picture books, coloring-in pages and model train sets. Of course, guests can also enjoy a view over the train lines below from the room’s windows.

When it’s time to sleep, guests can retire to the adjoining 急行:EX イン駅長室 or “Limited Express: Stationmaster’s Office” which is equipped with a bed and standard room facilities. Both hotels are located within a 2-minute walking distance from their respective stations, and offer laundry services, luggage storage, an assortment of complementary amenities and Simmons brand bedding in every room.

The current playroom promotion was done in collaboration with the Keikyu Museum; a railway museum located 10 minutes from Yokohama Station. This museum features exhibits of railway history, a railway diorama, a train driving simulator, and has historical vehicles on display.
